Masks are unconstitutional
“Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.
The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.”

Mask Cui bono? “ Masks may confuse that message and give people a false sense of security. If masks had been the solution in Asia, shouldn’t they have stopped the pandemic before it spread elsewhere?”
Conclusion: Wearing masks will not reduce SARS-CoV-2.
-
- N95 masks protect health care workers, but are not recommended for source control transmission.
- Surgical masks are better than cloth but not very efficient at preventing emissions from infected patients.
- Cloth masks will be ineffective at preventing SARS-CoV-2 transmission, whether worn as source control or as personal protective equipment (PPE).”
Information is not the problem. Fear and the benefit of chaos is the problem.
“ Conclusion: Face mask use in health care workers has not been demonstrated to provide benefit in terms of cold symptoms or getting colds. A larger study is needed to definitively establish noninferiority of no mask use.”

Masks become moist & germs grow in warm moist conditions, close to nose. Oxygen is depleted, breathing more deeply, germs introduced not the lungs. Not hard to understand, if one wants to. Fear is addictive.
“ The trial saw 1607 hospital healthcare workersacross 14 hospitals in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi, split into three groups: those wearing medical masks, those wearing cloth masks and a control group based on usual practice, which included mask wearing.
Workers used the mask on every shift for four consecutive weeks.
The study found respiratory infection was much higher among healthcare workers wearing cloth masks.
The penetration of cloth masks by particles was almost 97% compared to medical masks with 44%.”

It is not ONLY about the mask. The mask is the symbol, the sign of a deeper sinister reality. Ditch RINO Abbott. I too was prevented from seeing my son in the ICU. I understand Rebecca’s angst.
“ For six long weeks, Rebecca Taylor has had to fight both the hospital and a statewide government mandate in caring for her beloved comatose husband. She’s begged Texas Gov. Greg Abbott for help, but in the meantime, other Texans can join her cause.
“Hordes of people can illegally ransack the streets with no repercussions, but when it comes to children visiting their severely brain-damaged comatose father, that’s where we draw the line?” asked Rebecca Reed Taylor.”

Not just a mask. And yes, it is very political.
“ And masks, of course, are required.
“People must wear a mask or covering whenever leaving the house. There are a few exceptions. People with a medical reason are exempt, as are children younger than 12. Those who have a professional reason are also exempt and “if it’s just not practical, like when running”, but those people will still be expected to carry a face covering at all times ‘to wear when you can,’” the UK paper said.”
Eyes are watching how the populace can be controlled.
“Must stay within 5km (3 mi) radius of home.
- Only one person from a household is allowed to shop per day.
- No more than one hour of exercise per day and groups limited to two.
- Recreational activity is banned.
- Curfew from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m.
But the government officials say “you can leave your house if you are at risk of family violence or to apply for an intervention order, and to attend court or a police station,” The Guardian reports.”

Most people wear a mask for one reason, ……
“ Doesn’t it seem like only yesterday, the western world was agreed that women being forced to cover their faces in Islamic countries was dehumanizing?”https://wdtprs.com/2020/08/concerning-covid-1984-masks/

“ However, Whitley, spokesman for the commissioners court, and Tarrant County District Attorney Sharon Wilson have both publicly raised questions about the enforceability of Abbott’s mandate.
“It appears that law enforcement cannot legally enforce” the governor’s mandate, said a spokesman for Wilson’s office. Whitley went so far to say Abbott’s mandate isn’t enforceable.
Wilson has even said the same about Tarrant’s mandate. In a document published by the City of Colleyville, they claim Wilson told the city that “prosecution of the order would be challenging and not to write tickets.”
It is not about health, it is about power.
“ DNR spokeswoman Megan Sheridan spoke with McClatchy News and said that employees wearing masks while video conferencing with external partners sets a good example during the pandemic.
“By wearing a mask while video conferencing with the general public, we visually remind folks that masking is an important part of navigating the business of natural resources during this tumultuous time,” Sheridan said.”
It was never just a mask. Cui bono?
“ This woman is out of control.
Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham is now saying she’s going to keep the COVID practices in place even after a vaccine is available. Grisham says, “These are good public health behaviors that will prevent the spread of influenza.”
“ As a person who went to medical school, I was shocked when I read Neil Orr’s study, published in 1981 in the Annals of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Dr. Orr was a surgeon in the Severalls Surgical Unit in Colchester. And for six months, from March through August 1980, the surgeons and staff in that unit decided to see what would happen if they did not wear masks during surgeries. They wore no masks for six months, and compared the rate of surgical wound infections from March through August 1980 with the rate of wound infections from March through August of the previous four years. And they discovered, to their amazement, that when nobody wore masks during surgeries, the rate of wound infections was less than half what it was when everyone wore masks. Their conclusion: “It would appear that minimum contamination can best be achieved by not wearing a mask at all” and that wearing a mask during surgery “is a standard procedure that could be abandoned.”
I was so amazed that I scoured the medical literature, sure that this was a fluke and that newer studies must show the utility of masks in preventing the spread of disease. But to my surprise the medical literature for the past forty-five years has been consistent: masks are useless in preventing the spread of disease and, if anything, are unsanitary objects that themselves spread bacteria and viruses.”

A Floridian sounding more Texan than RINO Abbott
“ Woods made clear visitors entering a Marion County Sheriff Office will also be asked to remove masks. He said, “In light of the current events when it comes to the sentiment and/or hatred toward law enforcement in our country today, this is being done to ensure there is clear communication and for identification purposes of any individual walking into a lobby.”
Woods made clear he knew he faced some degree of public pushback over the decision not to wear masks, but indicated his decision ultimately rested on his observation that “the amount of professionals” arguing in favor of masks are countered by “the exact same amount of professionals that say why we shouldn’t.”
Is it a private corporation to make up procedures as it sees fit? No, It is a public accommodation, just like your local grocery store. https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2020/08/yale_defiant_as_justice_department_finds_that_it_violated_the_civil_rights_of_applicants_with_racial_and_national_origin_discrimination.html
“ But this is the first time, in our long history of fighting diseases, that we have sought to stop the spread of a contagious disease by abolishing the community.
The phenomena of social distancing, of wearing masks, of viewing every passing neighbor as a threat, of closing down shops and schools and churches—all these steps have been destructive to our communal life. But most Americans have been willing to accept the draconian terms of the lockdown, with our opinion-makers exhorting us to accommodate ourselves to a “new normal.” Why is that? I suggest that in the Western world today many people, especially among the elites, are quite willing to forfeit community life, while others are actively working to destroy it. We are witnessing—perhaps even unthinkingly participating in—the suicide of our culture.”

Americans could have chosen to know the truth. MSMs not withstanding.
“ In life, we encounter things that may work in theory but not in practice. Communism is famously one of those things. Time travel is another. With any luck, Americans will soon come to realize that strict social distancing, economic lockdowns, and mask-wearing all belong in that category of supposedly sound ideas that simply don’t work in reality.
For evidence, let’s look to Sweden.”
