“Robust demand for Texas oil and gas in the first two months of 2019 pushed the state’s export activity into high gear: triple the national rate and contrasting with a slight decline by California.

The Lone Star State’s exports totaled more than $50.9 billion in the January-February period of 2019, increasing 9% from a year earlier, according to WISERTrade, a trade research firm. For California, total international sales dipped 1% to $28.1 billion in the two months compared with national export growth of 2.6% to $260 billion in the period.

Texas represented nearly 20% of all U.S. exports in the January-February period while California accounted for about 11%. California has seen its share of total U.S. exports fall in recent years while Texas has been growing its share due mainly to the new oil boom.”

“Some of the best economic indicators have been coming from the job market, where the unemployment rate stood at 3.8 percent in March with a 12-month average at 3.84, the best since 1970.” https://www.theepochtimes.com/gdp-growth-at-3-2-percent-in-first-quarter-as-economy-steamrolls-over-skeptics_2895622.html

“By the way, he started by saying he’s putting $40 billion into the United States for new car factories,” President Trump said, summarizing Abe’s commitment. “Toyota is coming in with $14 billion dollars. Many, many companies are coming in. And they’re coming in, frankly, to Michigan. They’re coming back, they want to be back, to Ohio, to Pennsylvania, to North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and what’s the name of this special place – it’s called Wisconsin.”

“John and the Jameses three may soon find themselves crushed under the bloated weight of the crumbling gallows they tried to build for Trump, because DiGenova went on to say, “And their findings are that for more than four years before the election of Donald Trump there was an illegal spying operation going on by FBI contractors, four of them, to steal personal information — electronic information — about Americans and to use it against the Republican Party.” Addressing the indictments and grand juries he says are coming, DiGenova said, “John Brennan is not going to need one lawyer; He’s going to need five.” And as the late-night infomercials say, “But wait, there’s more.” https://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/crime/item/32151-trump-appears-ready-to-deliver-a-stunning-blow-to-the-deep-state-and-democrats

“There’s another reason to think that the first quarter of 2019 may have been better than either 2003 or 2008. In both those periods, unemployment in the manufacturing industry was quite high, 6.8 percent in 2003 and 5 percent in 2008. When unemployment is high or rising, lower paid workers with less tenure are often laid off before more experienced, higher paid workers, as a result average wages in the employment cost index can climb even when workers are losing their jobs. In fact, it usually does. But unemployment is now very low. In the manufacturing sector, it is just 2.9 percent. So there is no upward pressure being created by layoffs. In fact, it is quite the opposite. Manufacturing sector employment is expanding, and it is likely that manufacturing businesses are hiring less experienced workers who can be paid less than incumbents. So the very good numbers for the first quarter may be even better than they appear.” https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2019/04/30/trump-boom-manufacturing-wages-see-biggest-gain-in-over-a-decade/

“Unemployment was last this low in December 1969 when it hit 3.5%. At a time when many economists see a tight labor market, big job growth continues as the economic expansion is just a few months away from being the longest in history.” https://www.cnbc.com/2019/05/03/nonfarm-payrolls-april-2019.html

Imagine the good Trump could do with a Congress and Media that wasn’t rabidly TDS effected. Not cheer leaders. Yes men do no good. Just 10% honest & helpful. I can only imagine. “Hispanic unemployment fell to the lowest level ever in April. Overall unemployment hit the lowest level since December 1969.” https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2019/05/03/unemployment-rate-for-women-falls-to-lowest-since-1953/

Trump found the magic wand. “According to data released yesterday by the Bureau of Labor StatisticsPresident Trump has added more than 5.5 million jobs in President Trump’s term.

The same cannot be said for President Obama as during the same time he lost (3.2) million jobs. Obama was so bad at creating jobs that by the end of his second term he said that jobs were not coming back. This showed in his first two years with millions of lost jobs.

Overall President Trump has gained nearly 9 million more jobs than Obama in their respective first two years plus in office!”

“To the extent there was overreach, what we have to be concerned about is a few people at the top getting it into their heads that they know better than the American people,” said Barr. “ https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-05-03/barrs-review-2016-fbi-spying-will-have-wide-scope

“My guess is that he knows he can’t win or defeat Senator Cornyn, especially with President Trump on the ticket.

Twenty-eighteen was a perfect storm for the Democrats in Texas.  They were united in their hatred of Trump, and $80 million came in to defeat Senator Cruz.  The money was primarily used to register people and get them out to vote.”

“Veterans are among the groups prospering in the job market, according to the latest report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

For the month of April, the non-seasonally adjusted veteran unemployment rate was 2.3%, down from 2.9% in March. Veterans were unemployed at a rate of 3.7% in January.

The last time the veteran unemployment rate reached 2.3% was May 2000. Broken down, the unemployment rate for war on terror veterans was 1.7%.”
