Glimpses of the Union with God I

I Fall Garden

  1. Heat of summer subsided

B the joy of the last crops is more pronounced

  1. The sufferings of the summer enhance the enjoyment of the fall garden
  2. Not all plants make it through the trials/ those that do Worth tremendous suffering, what can separate us from the love of God shipwreck, scourges, drowning,

Rom 8:35-39

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written,

“For thy sake we are being killed all the day long;
we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”

37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am sure that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Eucharistic Echoes, wheat & wine harvested in the fall

Spring wheat is planted, you guessed it, in the spring! It will be ready to harvest in the fall. Hard red spring wheat tends to be one of the highest protein-content wheat varieties.[1]

Grapes will not continue ripening once picked from the vine. Test a few to see if they are to your liking before harvesting, usually in late summer or early fall.[2]

Brilliant colors gold, purple, burgundy royal colors

Heat gives way to crisp cool air and blue sky

All humanity, except sin, to redeem it.
