Constitutional Rights

Today I want to take us on a journey to show you how in a Republic, all power is inherent in the People. As discussed previously, inherent means existing in something so as to be inseparable from it. We as the People have inherent rights, these rights are given to ALL men, by God, and no government has been delegated any powers over these rights. We the People reserved these rights in the Bills and Declarations of the 50 state constitutions. By reserved, this means to keep, to hold, or to retain, so when we say “reserved to the People,” which you will see many examples of this found in the states constitutions, this means these rights we retained to the People, and we held them back, keeping them from the governments. When we granted the governments powers in the state constitutions, we DID NOT grant them ANY powers over the rights we reserved.

It is with the utmost excitement and joy that I am writing our first article that will teach you the true history and foundation of our great nation. Our goal is to empower you to be able to stand on your inherent rights as one of the People. As Thomas Jefferson once said

Educate and inform the whole mass of people…They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of liberty.”

Now let us begin our journey.
