Laity Response

The horror show continues. How much $$ has my family unwittingly given to abortion groups? Those who undermine Christ’s clear teaching?

“The U.S. bishops publish the fact that Nov. 18, or the Sunday before Thanksgiving, is the day in which 75 percent of Sunday’s special collection goes into the coffers of the CCHD. Wednesday, however, Michael Hichborn of Lepanto Institute broke the story that CCHD has given $280,000 over the last five years to the Community Alliance of Tenants (CAT), which is on the steering committee of a coalition that promotes abortion and homosexuality.

The group assists in governing the coalition called Fair Shot for All. This coalition includes such pro-abortion and pro-LGBT groups as:

  • Planned Parenthood Advocates of Oregon
  • NARAL Pro-Choice Oregon
  • Basic Rights Oregon

“Can we speak plainly? The Church of Christ is in the greatest and gravest crisis we have ever known. A great question of political science is this: Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? Who will guard those who are themselves the guardians? When many of our bishops are misfits, who will guard the deposit of faith (2 Tim. 1:14), which is under challenge today from people and places we could hardly have imagined only a decade ago? The reform of the U.S. Army may help us as we seek, as did St. Francis, to re-build the foundations of Christ’s Church (see Psalm 11:3).”

“The structure I have just described could hardly be better at catalyzing abuse. Look at Cardinals Egan and McCarrick. One was considered conservative, the other liberal, but both were notorious on abuse—and St. John Paul gave both the red hat. How about Cardinal Mahony and Cardinal Pell? Archbishops Finn, Wilson, and Bruskewitz? Or Cardinal Law, the great conservative prelate whose punishment was promotion? The same story unfolds today in HondurasChile, and Australia. Now we’ve learned from Pennsylvania that dozens of bishops, perhaps a cardinal, are implicated in a broad, deep, clerical conspiracy—a conspiracy that was well established years before my old scapegoats, Vatican II and the sexual revolution, were around to take the blame. This crisis was not caused by Marty Haugen tunes and the Land O’ Lakes statement. At the root of this crisis is structure—the particular way church governance has calcified in the past couple of centuries. That structure has to go.

Portions of the church’s structure are divinely instituted, so their reform is neither possible nor desirable. But most of the details were dreamed up by humans. Those can change. “

Watching the story develop. My research tells me that the homosexual predation and satanic ritual practices are connected. Time will tell, sooner rather than later.

“Rome’s chief exorcist said the girl’s disappearance was likely connected to a sex abuse ring. Exorcist Fr. Gabriele Amorth (who died in 2016) told La Stampa, “This was a crime with a sexual motive. Parties were organized, with a Vatican gendarme acting as the ‘recruiter’ of the girls.”

Father Amorth continued, “The network involved diplomatic personnel from a foreign embassy to the Holy See. I believe Emanuela ended up a victim of this circle.”

“I would like to encourage you to be proud of our Catholic faith which is the most precious and the most beautiful gift which God has granted us,” he told his hearers.

“The Catholic faith is indeed not the private property of the pastor of a parish, nor of the bishop of a diocese, and not even of a pope,” Schneider asserted.

“The Catholic faith is greater. It precedes and it transcends the pastors of the Church because they also are the first ones who have to obey the faith–exemplarily.”

Schneider added that pastors must transmit the faith in its entirety to the faithful and pointed out that it belongs to the whole Church.

“The Catholic faith belongs to all times, to all places, and to all generations of Catholics, starting with the Apostles and going through all the Fathers, the Doctors of the Church, and all the saints we know,” he affirmed. “

Not one more penny to the bishops. My donations have funded organizations that seek to destroy my family and my country.

“And problems continue to be found with the latest round of CCHD grants.  On page 6 of the latest list of CCHD grantees is an organization called the Indianapolis Worker’s Justice Center (IWJC), which received its first-ever grant of $35,000.  As with before, it is clear that the CCHD either did not actually vet the organization before giving it a grant, or it willfully turned a blind eye to the distinctly Marxist and pro-abortion character it publicly holds.

IWJC Hosts and Trains Socialist Activists

On September 23 of this year, IWJC hosted the Central Indiana Democratic Socialists of America for their chapter meeting. “
