“In response, Paxton sent letters to the city council announcing that he has “directed my office to open an investigation into whether the City’s action violates state law,” as well as to U.S. Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao requesting that her department investigate whether the decision “violates various federal statutes and regulations to which the City is subject as a recipient of Department of Transportation grant funds,” which have among their conditions a ban on discrimination against religious creed.” https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/texas-sues-san-antonio-for-documents-pertaining-to-chick-fil-a-snub
“We obviously have more work to do to remove these weak-minded, self-dealing people from positions of power.
However, first we must ensure POTUS has the support he desperately needs in his fight with the globalist forces that are bent on ending America as we know it.
We can’t let that happen.
Engage your representatives. Picket their offices. Call their switchboards. Refuse to give them money. Support a primary challenger. Take to the streets.
Stop the destruction of America.”
“Hundreds of illegal aliens from ebola-stricken Democratic Republic of Congo were dumped in the streets of San Antonio, Texas this week.
The aliens didn’t speak English and according to a local reporter, San Antonio is in desperate need for French speaking volunteers.
“City confirms hundreds of migrants from the Congo have arrived in SA. The city is in desperate need for French speaking volunteers,” reported Jaleesa Irizarry of Kens 5 San Antonio.”
“In a press call on Wednesday afternoon, Brian Hastings, U.S. Border Patrol Chief of Law Enforcement Operations, told reporters this was the first large group “ever recorded in Border Patrol history solely from Central and South Africa. We’ve never seen that demographic in a large group of that size before.”
Two weeks before the illegal crossings began in the Del Rio Sector, hundreds of African migrants gathered near an international bridge in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, to protest not being allowed entry into the U.S. through a legal port of entry, Breitbart News reported. The group complained that Cuban migrants are being given preferential treatment.
Since that time, multiple groups of African migrants, mostly family units, crossed in the same area in large numbers. On June 5, agents apprehended another group of 34 African migrants bringing the total to more than 500 in less than a week.
“The introduction of this new population places additional burdens on processing stations, to include language and cultural differences,” Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Raul L. Ortiz said in a written statement. “Our agents continue to meet each new challenge as the ongoing humanitarian crisis evolves.”
“Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has signed Senate Bill 21 into law, which will end the sale of tobacco products to those under 21. Supporters say increasing the minimum age by three years should reduce the risk of addiction.
Abbott on Friday signed the legislation, which covers cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or other tobacco products. The only exception to the law is for those in the military.
The law will go into effect Sept. 1.
Anyone caught breaking this new law, the bill states, will face a Class C misdemeanor and a fine of up to $500.”
“The world’s second-largest Ebola outbreak on record is underway in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and total cases since the outbreak started on Aug. 1 breached 2,000 this week. The World Health Organization and aid groups are pouring resources into the region to try to contain it, but the longer this Ebola outbreak continues, the greater the likelihood it will spread to other highly populated areas within the country, move to neighboring countries or even internationally.
Threat level: The danger of this particular outbreak, which began Aug. 1, 2018, is that it’s what several experts call the “perfect storm” of a highly lethal and contagious virus in an area of the DRC that’s a hub for poverty and neglect, insurgent activities, distrust of government and international organizations, and a mobile population with many refugees.”
“And for the second time Wolf Portugal, a Native American, rode with them to show his support for God, the Constitution, and Trump and to fight those who are trying to take down the president, including Democrats and Never Trumpers. “They are driven to destroy the United States of America to prove one man wrong, and that’s our president Donald Trump,” Portugal said.” https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/06/08/cowboys-for-trump-make-second-ride-into-d-c-to-push-for-end-to-illegal-immigration/
“The small eastern Texas town of Waskom voted overwhelmingly Tuesday to ban most abortions within its jurisdiction and declare itself a “sanctuary city of the unborn” amid a packed city council meeting.
The Waskom City Council unanimously passed an ordinance banning abortion within the city, except in cases of rape, incest, or to save a mother’s life, ArkLaTex Homepage reports, as well as a resolution declaring Waskom a sanctuary for preborn babies. Supporters say the exceptions were a necessary compromise to hopefully get the ordinance to reach the U.S. Supreme Court.”
“Roughly 300 Congolese and Angolan citizens who arrived in San Antonio the first week of June after crossing the U.S.-Mexico border days earlier have all briskly departed the city for destinations across the country, some with fuzzy plans based partly on hope.
The hundreds of family members and single adults from Central Africa first showed up June 4 at the southern border’s Eagle Pass and Del Rio towns in south-central Texas. The migrants surrendered to Border Patrol agents and claimed asylum after crossing the Rio Grande.
The agency did not, as it is supposed to, turn families over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Instead, it released families onto the streets of Eagle Pass and Del Rio, according to two government and nongovernment officials with first-hand knowledge of the matter. The African migrants then bought bus tickets to either San Antonio or Austin, according to San Antonio Interim Assistant City Manager Colleen Bridger.”
“The aliens didn’t speak English and according to a local reporter, San Antonio is in desperate need for French speaking volunteers.
Investigative journalist Urs Gehriger, who speaks French, spoke to the Congolese migrants and revealed that they are being coached by NGO’s to not speak to ICE officers.
Urs Gehriger also said that the migrants have wads of cash on them. He said an aide witnessed several Congolese migrants with rolls of $100 bills in their hands.
Gehriger said that the African migrants refused to tell him how they got to the US — it’s obvious they are being coached not to divulge details about who is behind their migration to the US.
“They wouldn’t tell me anything about how they got here, and then they started to get aggressive and they were contradicting each other,” Gehriger said to Laura Ingraham.”
“ It’s a huge, dangerous lie. City officials in San Antonio, Texas, are claiming that no migrants from the Ebola-infected Republic of Congo could possibly be carrying Ebola into the United States because “Ebola has a 21-day incubation period,” they say. And the migrants have been walking for more than 21 days. Therefore, they cannot possibly have Ebola.
The “officials” saying this are either grossly incompetent or deliberately lying. (By the way, it also begs the question of how migrants from Africa “walked” to the U.S. / Mexico border. Can they walk on water?)
For starters, Ebola’s incubation period only averages 21 days. It can be 40+ days in some people, and that’s according to the World Health Organization. As previously reported by Natural News:
- 95% of Ebola incubations occur from 1 – 21 days
• 3% of Ebola incubations occur from 1 – 42 days
• 2% of Ebola incubations are not explained
Furthermore, migrants from the Republic of Congo could have been infected by other carriers who perished before reaching the U.S. border. Infected migrants could enter the USA on, for example, day 10 of their own incubation period. Or day 30. By the time they begin to explode with symptoms, they will have already been transported by bus to any one of dozens of U.S. cities that are currently receiving these migrants.
Surely medical personnel aren’t so stupid that they don’t understand the basics of infectious disease, symptomless carriers and incubation times. Surely doctors must know that magically declaring “zero risk” among people who come from a region of the world that’s known for producing symptomless carriers of Ebola isn’t a valid conclusion. Yet they draw these conclusions nonetheless, putting all of America at risk in order to appease the open borders pushers who seem to want America to be overrun with illegal immigrants.”
Developing Story…. very rare posting of NYT, reader beware. Note the date of original publication. “The possibility of asymptomatic infection was only suggested in earlier studies, they said in last week’s issue of The Lancet, a medical journal published in London. Now they said they had documented such infections for the first time. They found that the Ebola virus could persist in the blood of asymptomatic infected individuals for two weeks after they were first exposed to an infected individual. How much longer the virus can persist is unknown.” https://www.nytimes.com/2000/06/27/world/people-carrying-ebola-in-some-cases-may-be-free-of-symptoms.html
Developing Story… Cui bono?
“Her math expresses a gross error, of course. An infected migrant could have passed the infection to a healthy person before dying themselves. That healthy person could be carrying Ebola right now, in day 10 of the incubation for example, ready to explode with Ebola in another week or so after being transported across America. And if the recipient of that new infection has natural immunity against Ebola, they could be a symptomless carrier, meaning they would never show symptoms but might still infect others.
The fact is: There is a greater-than-zero risk that migrants from the Republic of Congo may be carrying Ebola into the United States right now. The fact that these migrants are being distributed across America to seemingly random cities is beyond merely insane… it smacks of an attempted infectious disease assault on this nation.
Amazingly, nobody seems to know whether these migrants have ever been screened for Ebola at all.”
To think Psycho Beto almost won boggles my mind.
“On Saturday afternoon Quillette gay Asian journalist Andy Ngo was beaten and robbed by several Antifa attackers at a Portland protest march.
Cruz called on federal law enforcement to investigate and bring legal action against Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler who reportedly called on police officers to stand down on Saturday.’
Don’t San Francisco my Texas
“Clearly, this culture war does not stop at the San Francisco city limits, and the culture warriors do not fix aim merely at controversial figures in U.S. history, such as Confederate generals. They seek to erase nearly all of U.S. history and erect a new pantheon of greats consisting of ideologues who flatter progressive sensibilities. This isn’t patriotism but politics.
Nike pulling the release of its Betsy Ross flag sneakers, Charlottesville’s city council voting to end a holiday honoring longtime favorite son Thomas Jefferson, and the widespread contempt exhibited in response to a patriotic parade in the nation’s capital on the occasion of the nation’s birthday suggests that the winds of the Bay Area blow east. Something San Francisco this way comes.”
“Beginning on July 1, homeless people can now squat and set up tents on public sidewalks legally according to a KENS5 report.
This moves comes 10 days after the city council decriminalized homelessness.
Prior to the change in this ordinance, it was illegal to site, lie, or camp in public. But starting this month, officers will only give tickets to individuals who block pathways. Additionally, the city council modified another provision of the ordinance that only punishes aggressive panhandlers.”
