Here is the first problem to your solution of electing better candidates at the primary level, VOTER FRAUD. Cheating is done by BOTH Republicans & Democrats at the primary and general elections. Stake holders (cheaters politicians, judges, DAs, etc…) oversee enforcing of election laws. Does anyone think cheaters will self report? Don’t companies have regular audits?
A better solution is to NOT VOTE, NO $$ until an independent forensic audit of every county is conducted. The serf citizens will then know what the true score and REAL solutions can be pursued.
